A Generic Single Electronic Window
e-Citiz SEW is a generic Single Electronic Window that can be used for any e-Government effort (Local Government and National Government).
e-Citiz SEW provides:
- A secured space for the Citizens (Front Office) which provides Responsive Web Design forms (web and mobile), a clear dashboard and a document attachment feature
- An efficient and simple workspace for the Civil Servants (Middle Office) to manage applications from the Citizens
- A collaboration (workflow) between the different actors and notifications (customizable e-mails) when business events occur
Open and Integrated
e-Citiz SEW can also connect the legacy (Back Office) in order to be processed as previously.
Furthermore, e-Citiz SEW can integrate existing e-services to become the single point of access for the Citizens.
Saas and On-Premise
e-Citiz SEW is available as a SaaS service and for deployment on-premise (i.e. hosted by the customer).
