CIO of the Val-de-Marne County’s IT division has launched an e-Services single point of contact for its residents on the county’s website, using e-Citiz’s expertise and knowledge to deploy the technical platform.
The new Val de Marne County Council Internet portal, as a complement to the county’s physical offices, will electronically serve users by allowing them to apply for official documents or to pay processing fees all online.
The goal is to develop local e-Services that are paperless and easily accessible to residents, including the disabled.
The platform improves request management by interfacing the e-Services with software applications from the county’s IT division.
