“NET entreprise” is the Portal of the French Government for businesses
It gathered all the different social statements for French companies in a single “e-counter’
- retirement pension funding
- health insurance funding
- unemployement insurance funding (UNEDIC)
- specific funding schemes (Building trade health insurance, Executive pension scheme)
Net Entreprises is opened to all French companies representatives for corportate social taxes applications
- All information and forms related to administrative matter can be found in the portal
- Certified Public Accountants can declare enterprise and pay enterprises taxes via Net DUCs / DUCsi
An electronic back office can be accessed by administrative agencies experts
- These experts analyse business applications
- They compile the information and dispatch them to the relevant government department/service
- They execute the financial statements related to the corporate declarations
- They archive these information
From a volume perspective, Net DUCS is an application that handles
Multi-actors: public welfare organizations (UNEDIC, URSSAF, pension funds, …)
- 25% of companies are enrolled, more than 80,000 users
- 30 millions statements per year
- 60,000 statements per hour at peak time
