The “citizen portal” is a “one stop shop” gathering all information in one web site (forms and regulations for citizens) with digital signature :
- Family information and forms
- Income Tax information and forms
- Corporate/employment information and forms
- Education information and forms
- Transportation information and forms
The “corporate portal” is the electronic point of contact for all the administrative procedure linked to the life cycle of a company and its employees with digital signature :
- Company creation, buyout and bankrupcy information and forms
- Corporate Taxes information and forms; VAT forms
- Patent Management information and forms
- R&D and investment tax cuts information and forms
These portals propose an electronic middle office
- All forms are handled electronically by public servants
- Public servants checks and validate the business data
- Forms are dispatched to the proper administrative department (Back Office integration with a SOA approach)
